Article 159 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 promotes alternative dispute resolution mechanism to ensure efficient and expeditious disposal of disputes. To this end, we have advised and encouraged our clients to resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolutions mechanism such as conciliation in personal relationships such as Family Law and Succession, Arbitration and Negotiation in commercial and individual cases and mediation of general disputes before proceeding to Court. This ensures that disputes are resolved amicably within a short time frame.
